Our work is shaped by educators, practitioners, and communities, with a focus on trust, dignity, and long-term value. We do this by supporting the development of players through direct interaction, while also building fair and transparent systems around decision-making.
We are committed to building EquiPlay responsibly. Financial sustainability matters, but it exists to support our purpose, not replace it. Any surplus generated is intended to be used to improve quality and accessibility, support ongoing development, pay people fairly, and strengthen long-term resilience.
EquiPlay is being developed with the intention that delivery will sit within a mission-locked structure, helping to protect purpose over time and limit extractive behaviour.
