EquiPlay helps to identify and develop talent in a way that is transparent, credible and rigorous against defined talent development frameworks, contributing to achieving equity, diversity and inclusion in key decision making.

EquiPlay helps you to do that.

EquiPlay can help a range of key stakeholder roles:

Leadership

Leadership can utilise the aggregate data generated through the App to:

compare different groups and take the relevant actions to ensure equity, diversity and inclusion is integral in player progress and opportunity
inform decision making on financial investment on current and future coaching needs
make evidence and data informed cricketing and financial decisions

Management

Management can utilise the data generated through the App to:

track talent development and skills gaps in players, identifying those needing additional support
identify training and development needs in coaches with regards to EDI
conduct performance reviews of coaches and for professional players

Coach

A coach can:

assess players against a standardised skills framework for all elements of the game including the soft skills for rigorous assessments
utilise data to make decisions about player selection/deselection
provide additional audio and video feedback to the player and management for transparent decision making

Player

The App will enable the player to:

receive specific feedback on their development against the skills criteria required for e.g. batting, bowling and fielding in visual form
be assessed for resilience and development of personal skills needed for elite sports
track and compare their progress against their cohort for the different skillsets
